To make a reservation, please click here and use the code AVSCTRAINING. If you have trouble with the booking link, please call or email (800.433.0832 / reservations@limelighthotel.com) the Limelight Hotel Reservations Department to receive the discount. They will have the quoted rates available to any guest who calls in and identifies him/herself with the AVSC Winter Training Camp 2016. Reservations for these rooms will only be accepted on a space and/or rate available basis.
- November 10 – December 2016:
- $155 Group rate for the first 35 rooms/night
- After 35 rooms/night have been booked, 30% off published rates will apply
- Rates are quoted per night. Resort Fee and Tax: A 6% resort fee and 11.3% lodging tax will be added to the quoted guestroom rate.
- Cancellation Policy: For your guest accommodations, 50% deposit will be taken at time of reservation. The remainder of the deposit will be charged either fourteen (14) days or thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
