Eric Knight AVSCDavid Baugh  |  Executive Director
970.205.5103  |  dbaugh@teamavsc.org

Dave is a career educator and lifelong athlete, though it hasn’t always been a smooth journey.   As an elementary school student, he was usually picked last or close to last, for any team.   Eventually, overcoming incredible clumsiness and many trips to the emergency room, Dave wound up playing high school tennis, eventually taking up rugby and rowing in college.  After college, he became an elite rower and he has been a collegiate rowing coach, a school teacher, a school superintendent and is currently a high school tennis coach. In July 2024 he became the Executive Director of the Aspen Valley Ski and Snowboard Club where he  intends to spend numerous days on the snow.
