Registration for Aspen Valley Ski & Snowboard Club is now entirely online. Our registration platform accommodates payment plans. See more information on payment plans below. Returning families: Please use the same camper profile in Campminder (the registration software) as you did for previous winter seasons. It is important that we do not create duplicate files. ASK PROGRAMS
SCHOLARSHIPS
TEAM PROGRAMS - DEVELOPMENT/COMPETITIVE: Scholarships are available for all team programs based on need. Athletes applying for a scholarship must submit their registration and application by the early registration deadline (August 1st, 2024). Scholarship applications can be found online at www.teamavsc.org. A $100 - $600 deposit (dependent on the program) is required to apply for a scholarship. Scholarships are only available to residents of the Roaring Fork Valley or Western Garfield County. Post-graduate athletes are not eligible for scholarships. If you are experiencing financial hardship and plan to apply for a scholarship but cannot afford the deposit, please get in touch with scholarships@teamavsc.org.

ASPEN SUPPORTS KIDS PROGRAMS - RECREATIONAL: Scholarships are available based on need. Athletes applying for a scholarship must submit their completed registration and scholarship application by October 25th, 2024. Scholarship applications can be found online at www.teamavsc.org. A $100 deposit is required to apply for a scholarship. Scholarships are available for ASK Snowarriors (Buttermilk & Snowmass) & Ridgerunner programs.

PASSES
Aspen Skiing Company (ASC) Ski Passes are not included in the program fees. Athletes must be enrolled in an AVSC program before purchasing a pass. Upon completing your online registration, you will receive an email confirmation from AVSC. Bring the confirmation email and your child to any open ASC ticket office beginning in August to complete your pass purchase. Early bird pricing on ASC passes typically ends in mid-November. PARENT WORK DEPOSITS
Parent Work Deposits (PWD) are part of all Team programs and must be paid at registration. The PWD program is designed to engage our parents in what we do and give them a chance to interact with our staff and athletes. Parents who work off their PWD are reimbursed up to 100% of the deposit at $30/hour. The AVSC Office Manager will track all hours. Reimbursements will be applied to athletes’ Campminder accounts on August 1st, 2025.
DEPOSITS
Deposits: A $100 - $600 deposit (dependent on the program) will be required at registration for all participants applying for a scholarship or requesting a payment plan. PAYMENT PLANS
Fee payment/payment plans: Team program fees must be paid in full before the first training day, or a payment plan must be established. Payment plan installments will begin the first day of the month following your registration and end on February 1st, 2025. Any deposits made will be applied against your balance due, and the installments will be spread equally through February 1st. A $50.00 processing fee (per family) will be applied in January to all payment plans (including those awarded scholarships). Scholarships will be credited to your account when awarded.
Athlete Accounts: All AVSC Team participants must have a credit/debit card or eCheck on file. No exceptions. Incidental travel charges will be charged per AVSC policy.
Declined Payments: A $25 fee will be assessed for any declined payment transaction. Your child’s participation may be suspended for unpaid program fees or trip balances.
Athletes new to AVSC may be granted early season pricing past the deadline (at the discretion of their Program Director). Program fees will be determined based on the following: Before January 15th - total early season price; on or after January 15th - 25% discount on early season pricing.
Program Fees: AVSC Program Fees include only regular season on-snow training at Aspen Snowmass resorts and regular season strength and conditioning in the Roaring Fork Valley as listed in program descriptions. AVSC Program Fees exclude all other fees and charges, such as but not limited to the following: early season and late season training for certain programs, transportation fees and charges, all camps, all ski passes and lift tickets at all mountains, all competition entry fees, all travel, room and board charges, all governing body and association fees, all coach expenses during travel, all van and all team jackets and apparel, unless otherwise noted.
REFUND POLICY
Aspen Supports Kids (ASK) Refund Policy: 100% Refunds are permitted before December 1, 2024. After December 1, 2024, refunds are only available for documented medical reasons that result in season-ending injury and will be prorated based on the number of days missed. Any season pass discounted through enrollment in AVSC will be voided upon withdrawal. All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.
