Ramp & Landing Bag Camps at the Utah Olympic Park
- Overview: AVSC Freestyle athletes will have the opportunity to attend Ramp & Landing Bag Camp at the Utah Olympic Park (UOP) in Park City, Utah, a state of the art facility with multiple jumps into an aerated (air bubbles to soften the water) pool. This year the UOP has re-opened the landing bag facility. Landing bags are airbags that skiers land on and ski off of. This simulates snow jumping in an amazing way. The UOP also has trampolines set up next to the pool. This camp will give our athletes an additional chance to learn new tricks, keep sharp and give a little more time to work on things until we get back on snow.
