2018 Time Trial Results
 

We have 4 standard time trails that we use though out the year for our National Comp team athletes to measure progress in training and learn where we need to focus upcoming training blocks. They are:


Maroon Bells Time Trail-
     This is a 2km up hill double pole roller ski.

Red Hill Time Trail-
     This is 1.25 km up hill running time trial.  

RVR Time Trail-
     This is a mass start skate race. We do 4km, 8km and 12km distances. 

Canadian Strength Test-
     1 min on and 1 minute off of the follow evercises:
  • pull ups                                                 
  • sit ups
  • pushups
  • box jumps
  • dips
