Registration for Aspen Valley Ski & Snowboard Club is now entirely online. Our registration platform accommodates payment plans.

Returning families: Please use the same camper profile in Campminder (the registration software) as you did for previous winter seasons. It is important that we do not create duplicate files. Please let us know if you need login credential details. Thank you!

ASK PROGRAMS - (please note ASK programs currently on the site are from winter 21/22. We will update these programs closer to the Sept. 1 launch date).


TEAM PROGRAMS - COMPETITIVE: Scholarships are available for all team programs based on need. Athletes applying for a scholarship must submit their registration and scholarship application by the early registration deadline (August 1st, 2022). A $100 - $600 deposit (dependent on program) is required to apply for a scholarship. Scholarships are only available to residents of the Roaring Fork Valley or Western Garfield County. Post-graduate athletes are not eligible for scholarships. 


ASPEN SUPPORTS KIDS PROGRAMS - RECREATIONAL: Scholarships are available based on need. Athletes applying for a scholarship must submit their completed registration and scholarship application by October 31st, 2022. Scholarship applications can be found online at A $100 deposit is required to apply for a scholarship. Scholarships are available for ASK Snowarriors (Buttermilk & Snowmass) & Ridgerunner programs. Please note scholarship forms for ASK programs will be available Sept 1. 



Aspen Skiing Company (ASC) Ski Passes are required for AVSC TEAM athletes. Passes are not included in program fees. AVSC TEAM athletes will receive more information on how to purchase their discounted AVSC pass after enrollment is complete and passes are available.


Parent Work Deposits (PWD) are part of all Team programs and must be paid at the time of registration. The PWD program is designed to engage our parents in what we do and give them the chance to interact with our staff and athletes. Parents who work off their PWD are reimbursed up to 100% of the deposit at a rate of $30/hour. All hours will be tracked by the AVSC Office Manager. Reimbursements for the following season program fees will be applied to athletes’ Campminder accounts on August 1st, 2023.


Deposits: A $100 - $600 deposit (depending on the program) will be required at registration for all participants applying for a scholarship or requesting a payment plan. Fee payment/payment plans: Team program fees are to be paid in full prior to the first day of training, or a payment plan must be established. Payment plan installments will begin the first day of the month following your registration and end on February 1st, 2023. Any deposits made will be applied against your balance due, and the installments will be spread equally through February 2nd. A $50.00 processing fee (per family) will be applied in January to all payment plans (including those awarded scholarships). Scholarships will be credited to your account when awarded.

Athlete Accounts: All AVSC Team participants are required to have a credit/debit card or eCheck on file. No exceptions. Incidental travel charges will be charged per AVSC policy.

Declined Payments: A $25 fee will be assessed for any payment transaction which is declined. Your child’s participation may be suspended for unpaid program fees or trip balances. 

Athletes new to AVSC may be granted early season pricing past the deadline (at the discretion of their Program Director). Program fees will be determined based on the following: prior to January 15th - full early season price, on or after January 15th - 25% discount on early season pricing.


TEAM PROGRAMS - COMPETITIVE: 100% Refunds are permitted prior to the program start date. Once the program start date has passed, refunds are only available for documented medical reasons that result in season-ending injury. Refunds are determined by the following: Prior to January 1 - 50%, from January 1 to February 1 - 25%, after February 1 - No Refund. This refund assumes complete withdrawal from all AVSC programming including any Strength & Conditioning or athletic training services. All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee. Please note: Full-time, year-round programming (U12 +) starts August 1st.
ASPEN SUPPORTS KIDS PROGRAMS - RECREATIONAL: 100% Refunds are permitted prior to the program’s scheduled start date. Once a program begins, refunds are only available for documented medical reasons (that result in season-ending injury) or family relocation. Any season pass discounted through enrollment in AVSC will be voided upon withdrawal. All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee. Any season pass discounted through enrollment in AVSC will be voided upon withdrawal. Should COVID-19 affect mountain operations and therefore our ability to run programs, refunds will be prorated for each day we are unable to run the program in the event that we are unable to reschedule. This refund will be credited to your AVSC CampMinder account or issued directly via check (if requested). 


AVSC reserves the right to dismiss, suspend or expel athletes who do not follow the AVSC athlete code of conduct, who cause disruptions, or who create an atmosphere that is not conducive to learning. Program fees will not be refunded, and any outstanding payments will be the responsibility of the family. AVSC also reserves the right to deny an athlete the ability to participate in a particular program if they do not have the technical, physical or emotional skills to participate. In these cases AVSC will make every attempt to find the athletes an appropriate program. If this is not possible program fees will be returned in full.


Our programs have been designed with safety in mind. AVSC will follow all state, local, and Aspen Skiing Company guidelines regarding COVID-19 to ensure a safe and fun experience for all athletes, staff, and parents. Families should monitor the health of their athletes and avoid group activity if sick in any way; please see AVSC's COVID-19 Training Guidlelines for more information.
