Weekly Coach Emails:
Communicating with AVSC families is of paramount importance so that families feel informed and understand the expectations and schedules for their athlete. Coaches for each program send a weekly email through Campminder on Sunday nights for the upcoming week. Please check your email and add your child's coach and the Campminder program to your safe sender list. The coaching team works hard to keep to the schedule communicated in this email. The 13+ Comp and U10-14 Comp Plus may have the occassional change, which will be communicated via a What's App group. Please ask your coach if you are not on this app.Competition Calendars:
- USASA Athletes: At the regional level, AVSC has its own competitive calendar with USASA called the Aspen Series. The event calendar lives on the USASA site once the series dates are published. Head here and search for the Aspen Series.Event information: https://www.usasa.org/

Training Calendar:

The training calendar is communicated via the weekly email from coaches and uses a reoccuring schedule.
Memberships:
- USASA Athletes must have a USASA competitor membership for the Aspen Snowmass Series:https://www.usasa.org/about-us/membership/
- Futures Tour Athletes. The Futures Tour is a stepping stone between USASA regional competitions and US Ski & Snowboard FIS national-level events. It is designed for athletes who have reached the top of the USASA National Championships. Futures Tour athletes also need a FIS License and a US Ski & Snowboard License. - Rev Tour Athletes: Information on memberships can be found at https://www.usskiandsnowboard.org/membership. Athletes at this level can purchase their memberships for US Ski and Snowboard and FIS from the above link

- The AVSC Snowboard Program highly recommends athletes take advantage of the Aspen Gymnastics Big Air Classes to learn and practice foundational movements year-round.
