Kick off the Aspen competition weekend with a high-energy but time-efficient live athlete draw, paired with a premium reception and silent auction experience. The event is designed as a hybrid of community access and elevated hospitality, supporting AVSC’s non-profit mission while delivering meaningful athlete, partner, media and fan engagement.
Live Athlete Draw (5:00 – 6:00pm)
- The marquee moment of the evening, revealing snowboard heat matchups for the upcoming competition
- Athletes participate in a live, on-stage draw moderated by a host
- Designed to be engaging, accessible, and family-friendly
- Opportunity for athletes with AVSC kids for the draw moment & signature session
- Photo and media moments (Athlete Meet & Greet) built into the program Trophy to be on display
- Post-draw reception designed to extend the energy of the live athlete draw and encourage organic interaction between guests, partners, and select athletes
- Hosted cocktail bar and curated light bites create a premium yet relaxed atmosphere ahead of the VIP dinner
- Silent auction benefiting AVSC and its non-profit mission, with proceeds directly supporting youth development, training, and access to snow sports
- Opportunity for partners to donate premium items, experiences, or packages that align with luxury, sport, travel, lifestyle, and experiential categories
- Donated auction items will receive on-site visibility through signage, displays, and verbal mentions during the program
- Online silent auction launching ahead of the event and marketed across TSL and AVSC digital channels, extending bidding beyond the room and creating additional partner visibility before, during, and after the event
- Designed as a high-value fundraising and networking window that blends philanthropy with meaningful brand exposure
- Exclusive seated dinner following cocktail hour with current and past Olympians from both Snowboard and Freeski disciplines
- Guests head upstairs to a private room attached to the Toro Restaurant at the Viceroy
- Ticketed, premium experience with proceeds benefiting AVSC as a key fundraising component of the evening

Parking is available in the public parking garage in Snowmass Village. Parking is free for the first 30 minutes and free after 5pm.
